Description:
This involved the construction of a new 8,000+ square foot property with an ADU, pool, jacuzzi, and indoor and outdoor steam and sauna rooms.

Manage build Contribution:
Our contributions to this project included construction management, exterior animation design (Animation can be watched through the Google Drive link here), interior design and rendering (available here), and exterior rendering (accessible here). We were also involved in architectural revisions and permitting, encompassing designing elements such as a floating deck (accessible here) and floating stairs (accessible here) and interior and exterior layout changes.

Ground Floor:
- A spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
- An open kitchen adjacent to the living room.
- A dining area next to the kitchen with a large table.
- A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
- A guest bathroom near the living area.
- A garage attached to the side of the house.
- A patio area accessible from the living room.

Second Floor:
- Two additional bedrooms, each with its own small balcony.
- A shared bathroom.
- A small office space overlooking the living room below.
