Contribution: We successfully spearheaded the pre-construction management of the project. Our role encompassed overseeing the execution of bid solicitations and diligently screening and interviewing subcontractors to select the right contractors. We navigated the complexities of acquiring various permits by collaborating seamlessly with municipal entities such as the city, OSHA, and CalTrans, fostering a smooth regulatory process. Furthermore, our proficiency in value engineering contributed to streamlining utility design and securing essential utility permits and other required permits. All the pictures.
